Who We Are

Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning Across the Bay Area

LuxWash Co. is a premium exterior cleaning platform for homeowners and businesses across Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Ruby Hill, Walnut Creek, Rossmoor, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, and the surrounding East Bay. Through our app, clients request quotes, approve estimates, track invoices, manage custom maintenance plans, and review their full service history — all in one place. It's built for busy homeowners who want a spotless property without the back-and-forth, and for commercial property managers who need reliable, recurring exterior care they can count on. Behind the app is a local team of lifelong Concord, California friends who founded LuxWash Co. to bring trustworthy, eco-friendly pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and concrete restoration to their own community. Every feature in this app, from instant quote requests to maintenance plan scheduling, was built to make that same in-person care available online, so clients always know exactly where their project or plan stands.

Still unfolding.

LuxWash Co. was founded at the beginning of COVID-19 with one goal in mind: to bring greater cleanliness, safety, and peace of mind to the homes and businesses in our surrounding communities. What started as a small effort to help our neighbors clean their homes and driveways during an uncertain time quickly grew into a full-service exterior cleaning company built on trust, quality, and genuine care.

Our company is owned and operated by three lifelong friends who all grew up together right here in Concord, California. Raised in this community, we've always taken pride in the place we call home, and we built LuxWash Co. to reflect that same pride in every job we take on.

Today, we continue to serve the Bay Area with premium pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, concrete restoration, and more. Every service we provide is done using eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for your property, your landscaping, your pets, and the environment.

At LuxWash Co., we believe in doing things the right way: honest communication, professional results, and a luxury-level experience from start to finish. Whether you're a homeowner looking to refresh your space or a business aiming to maintain a spotless, polished appearance, we're here to help make it easy.

Your property deserves to shine — let us take care of the rest.
