Exterior Cleaning, Redefined
These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') apply to all services provided by LuxWash Co. ('Company,'
'we,' 'our,' or 'us') to the client ('Customer,' 'you,' or 'your'). By scheduling or purchasing services,
you agree to the following:
Residential Terms
1. Scope of Services
LuxWash Co. provides residential exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure
washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, patio cleaning, window cleaning, and roof washing.
Services will be performed as described in the estimate or work order.
2. Client Responsibilities
Customer must provide clear access to all work areas, including removal of vehicles, furniture, and
obstructions. Access to water and electricity is required unless otherwise stated.
3. Surface Condition & Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed through standard
cleaning methods. Some stains may require specialty treatments not included in standard service.
4. Chemical Treatments
Where chemical solutions are applied, they will be noted in your estimate. All solutions are
plant-safe where applicable, but results may vary based on surface age and condition.
5. Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We will notify you promptly if
rescheduling is necessary.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Minimum 24 hours' notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice
may incur a service fee.
8. Liability LuxWash Co. is insured. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Customer must
notify us of any pre-existing issues before service.
